You can cancel the program any time for any reason, and you get 70% money back on the coaching fee, minus the pro-rated hours used up in coaching, in the first 30 days of enrollment. Please contact us for a full list of refund terms.

The hours are calculated in multiples of 0.25. So the session is from 2pm to 3:15pm, it’s counted as 1.25 hours. Please check with us in case you need to review the hours you’ve spent in the program. The cost mentioned includes time spent on any platform where we would interact, not limited to Zoom only, and time spent on reviewing assignments or submitted work.

Any changes to the schedule can be made 3 days in advance. After that, if rescheduling is not possible, you will lose 1 hour as “no show”.

Please remember to upgrade within the 2 week period of joining, to avail the discounted rates. After 3 weeks, the discount doesn’t apply. For any pending payments, beyond the agreed date, there will be a late fee penalty of 10%.

Except for the 1-month program, you may take 20% longer to consume your sessions. After this time, the program expires. The month starts from the first session’s date or 2 weeks after payment has been made, whichever is earlier. So please schedule your time accordingly.
